Staff behaviour not good and services was pathetic once payment done takes no responsibility even if you are stranded

(1)the building structure is very old so everything was torn or dirty (2) the whole washroom floor was filled with water after the bath including the toilet and wash basin area. (3) bathroom walls and dividing glass were dirty and looked like they were not cleaned for so many months. (4)the door was very old fashioned and created noise. (5) overall the hotel was very old fashioned and not worth it as compared to charges.

It was a short stay booked for my husband only for a day. The hotel manager, sitting on the front desk, spoke in extremely humiliating and rude tone, unexpected from any hotel front desk. The hotel is old and needs renovation. It's check in and check out time also needs to change. This hotel certainly doesn't deserve to have guests as they have nil hospitality. The lobby washroom was extremely dirty.

The location is very good, reception is manned by very cordial staff who arranged for my room at 10:00 am even though check in was at 12. They also arranged for a car for city sight seeing, with a very decent driver. The only negative point, if i must mention, is the steamed rice was a bit half done. But the soup and tandoori chicken were yummy.
